New Driver Attention Alert monitors and learns your driving habits to alert you when it’s time to refocus or take a break. You can better avoid accidents from drowsiness or distracted driving with this new safety feature!
- High-Beam Control: Your Mazda vehicle’s high beams are essential to safe driving, but knowing when to turn them off and on can be tricky. New High-Beam Control will automatically switch between low-beam and high-beam lights when it senses any oncoming headlights. Plus, this new system automatically shuts off when you drive under 18 mph or when you’re in a well-lit area.
- Lane Departure Warning System: Worried about swerving into other lanes? The Lane Departure Warning system detects the lines on the road and alerts you when you begin to cross into other lanes without signaling. However, this system won’t alert you when you purposefully change lanes.
- Mazda Radar Cruise Control: Cruise control helps you maintain a set speed and distance from other drivers and vehicles, but this system uses radars to adjust during. Measuring the decreasing and increasing speeds of other drivers, this cruise control system is both smarter and safer.
